I bought the Kindle version of this book so can't give a review of the hard copy. The content is both biblical and practical and calls the local church once again to not relegate the training of its pastors only to the seminaries but rather to play an active role in their preparation. Gives practical suggestions for providing ministry opportunities in the local church for testing and discovering God-gifted and called men.

I can tell you this is a practical and faithful account of Brian's ministry. Over the years Brian has trained and sent out dozens of men into ministry. I have personally profited from his training as a church member and aspiring pastor. Read this book if you are a pastor - God has called you to train other pastors. Read this book if you want to be a pastor - Brian will give you a practical path to ministry.
